Struts2.1 datetimepicker contains wrong characters for Japanese

Hi

I'm using struts2.1.6(with struts-2.1.6-all.zip).

Yesterday I found datetimepicker can't display
"Tuesday" of calendar in Japanese environment.
The problem is that following two files contains
wrong characters for "Tuesday".

org/apache/struts2/static/dojo/nls/dojo_ja.js
org/apache/struts2/static/dojo/nls/dojo_ja-jp.js

In addition, these files contains some other wrong
characters for am, pm, and BC.

I could fix these files for my app.
Should I send them to anyone?

<head>
<script type="text/javascript"></script>
<sx:head parseContent="true"/>
</head>
<body >
<s:form action="baseLine.action" validate="true" method="POST">
<s:actionerror/>
<s:fielderror/>
		<td colspan="1" class="contentform">* Creation Date</td>
		<td colspan="3" class="contentform"><sx:datetimepicker
name="baseLineVO.creation" displayFormat="dd-MM-yyyy" required="true"/></td>
	</tr>

If you fix them, then file a JIRA and attach a patch file to the JIRA issue.
As one of the developers have time, he/she will apply it and test.

Thanks!
