For now, we keep this only in 2.6.0.

This patch is needed for those who have the older 2.5.x RMStore tables and are upgrading to 2.6.x which has a new column added in the RM sequence tables by CXF-4218.

If we integrate CXF-4118 to 2.5.x, we will also need to integrate this patch to 2.5.x.
