RE: soap in WebLogic

Hi Larry,

I just finished installing a BEA 7.0 server (it only took me 1 1/2 weeks to
migrate my old code into it) and I'm ready to look at adding SOAP. I have
the following questions:

1. Should I install the Apache SOAP package/system or should I use some
built in BEA software?
2. I've read a little about AXIS, should I use this instead?
3. Would you supply the name of the pdf document that you mention below to
make it easier for me to find it.

Thanks. I'm trying to decide which way to punt.

If you are going to use BEA, please use version 7.x (you can download an
30day eval on their site) I am finding lots of incompatibilities, including
wsdl issues (it uses a schema that is outdated)

But on their dev2dev site you can find a pdf on how to use it.

I haven't tried using Weblogic's version of soap...undoubtedly they have
packaged apache's and renamed it.
