Problem stopping my app

Hi all

Tomcat 4.0.6 running on JDK 1.4.0_01

I had this problem last week where Tomcat would not shut down when I issued
"SHUTDOWN" on port 8005. I though I solved it as I had a thread running in
the background which was not marked as a daemon. However, after fixing this,
the problem is still there. Above is a view of the threads that are still
alive after 10 seconds of issuing the shutdown. The only thread running is
the Signal Dispatcher and I wonder does this ring a bell with anybody. I
fully appreciate that the problem is in my code as I sure tomcat is OK or
more people would have noticed this problem by now.

Donie
