where to get the libreg.dylib.3 file

MacBook-Air:~ weixin$ idlc

dyld: Library not loaded: @executable_path/libreg.dylib.3

  Referenced from: /Users/weixin/bin/OpenOffice_SDK/bin/idlc

  Reason: image not found

Abort trap: 6

I got it
it was on /Application/OpenOffice/
