Manager - remove does not delete the webapps/application/ Dir

Summary: Manager - remove does not delete the
                    webapps/application/ Dir
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.0.3 Final
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Catalina
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: steinbis@orisa.de

In dependence on the Bugs ID6749 and ID6594 I've got the problem, that the
manager command <remove> does not remove the application directory in the
webapps-dir (inclusive all files in the directory).
I had just a short look at the Catalina-Sources and it seems, that <remove>
only removes the application from the tomcat management (removes application-
key from a mangement HashMap).
There is as well a method which could removes the hole directory but it seems
this method isn't called (but there I'm not sure).
