[jira] [Created] (SENTRY-172) config-tool.sh is missing from master branch

Mark Grover created SENTRY-172:
----------------------------------

Summary: config-tool.sh is missing from master branch
                 Key: SENTRY-172
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SENTRY-172
             Project: Sentry
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 1.3.0
            Reporter: Mark Grover
             Fix For: 1.4.0

It seems like the config-tool.sh script [introduced by|https://github.com/apache/incubator-sentry/commit/a4819f5b7b8ce5fb9f3c9b94c6dbb1e2dfbe1f78] SENTRY-3 is no longer present in the sentry repo. It looks like [the commit|https://github.com/apache/incubator-sentry/commit/644e8be346a152e43fa435b9adbb47ce6b3e3e91] for SENTRY-143 took it out. Was this intentional?

Also, looks like we missed the corresponding update to bin/sentry script as well.

Can we please add them back? It would be good to check that there weren't any other changes that were accidentally reverted.
