[latka] should there be any distribution files?

Should LATKA have a distribution folder:

http://www.apache.org/dist/commons/latka/

It seems to be the only dormant project with a dist directory.

My understanding is that [latka] never had a 1.0 / first release
(beyond the alpha). I think the dist folder exists to hold that alpha.
