[Season of Docs] Technical writer applications are now open

Technical writers can now submit their applications to the Season of Docs
program using the form: forms.gle/Fxr2nW4TCiyESHbo8

If you’re working with any technical writers to refine their project
proposals, now is a good time to help them finalize the goals of their
chosen project and put their application together. To understand more about
your duties during the technical writer application phase, take a look at
the guidelines for organization administrators
