[ANN] Christian Schneider added to CXF PMC

Just wanted to let everyone know that thanks to his hard work and dedication 
to CXF, the CXF PMC (Project Management Committee) has voted, and the ASF 
board as acknowledged,  to add Christian to the PMC.   

Again, major thanks go out to Christian for all the work he's done to make CXF 
a success!
