current site https://maven.apache.org/apache-resource-bundles/index.html is a simple page iin maven-site.git: https://github.com/apache/maven-site/blob/5348e2213a804469210d9c20c5fab9c0593efe02/content/xdoc/apache-resource-bundles/index.xml

with the new maven-apache-resources.git and its global release process, this directory now can be a normal site, multi-modules with one module per bundle, and a https://maven.apache.org/apache-resource-bundles-archives/ area
