How to set make config warning span enable?

Hi! 

I want to add a service with customized config. But i notice that if i do not click this service tab, 
the required warning span can not show. 

I am confused about this since all other service defined by ambari can show without click like 
the attached pic shows. 

How can i do this? Could someone help me?
