junit.jar needed to build junit subproject, but not included or mentioned anywhere

Summary: junit.jar needed to build junit subproject, but not
                    included or mentioned anywhere
           Product: Tapestry
           Version: 3.0
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: Build
        AssignedTo: tapestry-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: colinml1@exis.com

Trying to build the junit subproject fails unless junit.jar is brought in and
added to the classpath. Junit.jar should either be in the lib dir, or the build
itself, the Readme.html and/or contributor's guide should mention it needs to be
pulled down.
