Success on Redhat7

Hey All,

The Xerces-C linux binaries that are available from xml.apache.org
cause Xerces.pm to segfault on RedHat7. When built from source,
however, everything works fine.

* Xerces.pm-1.5.0
* Xerces-C-1.5
