[ANN] Apache Commons RDF 0.1.0-incubating released

The CommonsRDF team is pleased to announce the release of the Apache
Commons RDF, version 0.1.0-incubating.

Commons RDF aims to provide a common library for RDF 1.1 that could be
implemented by systems on the Java Virtual Machine.

The source release ca be downloaded from:

http://commonsrdf.incubator.apache.org/download.html

Maven artifact are available to download from Maven Central.
