setUserObjectAndGenerateRoomHashByURLAndRecFlag returns Error 500 unknown

 The following Web Service URL :
http://webinar.eikonex.net/openmeetings/services/UserService/setUserObjectAndGenerateRoomHashByURLAndRecFlag?SID=7652bc8ebbf455dcbeff0e9ca0f26d37&username=admin&firstname=admin&lastname=&profilePictureUrl=0&email=admin%40example.com&externalUserId=5&externalUserType=authenticated+user&room_id=&becomeModeratorAsInt=1&showAudioVideoTestAsInt=1&allowRecording=

returns :
<soapenv:Reason><soapenv:Text
xml:lang="en-US">unknown</soapenv:Text></soapenv:Reason>

BTW : openmeetings is configured in French by default

Any idea how to troubleshout this problem ?

Could you please examine openmeetings.log, are there any exceptions?
