I created capacity scheduler with the following queue hierarchy
root
- A
- B
- C
--- C1
--- C2

The service summary correctly says 5 queues (leaf queues). However, the {{Queue Memory}} graph does not show C1 and C2 queues. 

We need to make sure that only leaf queue graphs are shown in this graph.
