LDAP protocol version error with 2.0.47
Summary: LDAP protocol version error with 2.0.47
Product: Apache httpd-2.0
Version: 2.0.47
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: Major
Priority: Other
Component: mod_auth_ldap
AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
ReportedBy: apache@padilla.net
I have been using mod_ldap and mod_auth_ldap with apache 2.0.44 for some time,
compiled with the openldap 2.0.27 SDK. The ldap servers are all running slapd
1.2.12. With this combination everything runs OK.
I compiled a apache 2.0.47, using the same configuration, and when trying to
use mod_auth_ldap the server complains about "unsupported protocol version 3".
Is there some undocumented way to force the ldap protocol spoken by mod_ldap?
