[OCM] Annotation support

Hil all,

The annotation support is done. This is the same config setting as defined
in the xml file.
The subproject 'annotation' has been removed because the annotation classes
have been moved into the jcr-mapping subproject.
You can see the unit tests to get an idea on how to use the annotation to
map the content objects. I plan to review other OCM issues and work on the
doc.
