In Apache Ignite Slim Edition ignite.sh doesn't work from the box since file {{config/default-config.xml}} is absent.

Root cause: config file is edition dependent, see assembly/release-base.xml:

         <fileSet>
            <directory>config/${ignite.edition}</directory>
            <outputDirectory>/config</outputDirectory>
        </fileSet>
