Description:
Formal specification documetation is needed for the LogKit Plugin Factory covering:

  * XML 
    - target configuration
      * file
      * stream
      * multicast
      * plugin
    - categories configuration
    - category configuration

Example configurations should be provided for:

  * minimal console logging
  * background file logging
  * mixed mode logging
  * custom artifacts

Example sources should be provided for a custom plugin (e.g. SMTP).
