Mailbox disabled rejection scripting

Anyone doing any automated methods for catching large numbers of these
rejects and then adding the host into a sendmail access db similar to
vispan?

ruleset=check_rcpt, arg1=<bl...@srwm.com>, relay=[211.150.242.139],
reject=550 5.2.1 <bl...@srwm.com>... Mailbox disabled for this recipient
