   Proposal:
   Support following openresty config In plugin proxy-control:
   ```
           proxy_buffering off;
           proxy_redirect off;
           proxy_http_version 1.1;
           proxy_set_header Connection "";
   ```
   with those config to support http stream, in chatbot scenario
