Currently all builds fail why trying to download ivy-2.2.0 jar at the beginning of the build process with:
{code:java}
[get] Error opening connection java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 501 for URL: http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/ivy/ivy/2.2.0/ivy-2.2.0.jar {code}
