Looking at the general check output on [nightly/master|https://builds.apache.org/blue/organizations/jenkins/HBase%20Nightly/detail/master/1654/pipeline/96/], it looks like our {{.rubocop.yaml}} configuration file has drifted from the syntax expected by our current version of the tool. Lots of errors like the following:
