[jira] Created: (HARMONY-2720) [classlib][build] Make separate
output and deploy directories for different platforms and debug/release in
classlib build
[classlib][build] Make separate output and deploy directories for different platforms and debug/release in classlib build
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: HARMONY-2720
URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-2720
Project: Harmony
Issue Type: Wish
Reporter: Gregory Shimansky
It is now possible to build classlib in debug and release modes. Also it is possible to build it on different platforms. In order not to rebuild classlib every time to make sure about the mode that it is built it is better to have separate output directories for output (object files) and deploy files. I think the way drlvm does it is quite good. It has platform, compiler and debug/release mode in specified in the output directory name,
