Welcome to all Russian speaking (potential) contributors and adopters

Hi all,

It pleases me to be able to communicate that someone has chosen to make
OFBiz visible to readers of the Russian language. See here:

Russian is spoken by approx. 260 million persons, and I feel confident that
there is a great number of entrepreneurs/business owners who could benefit
from an open source ERP solution available through the ASF.
