We need to update FlinkChangelogModeInferenceProgram to support the StreamPhysicalMultiJoin. This involves three parts
 # What kinds of changes will the multi join produce? -> Update ModifyKindSet
 # How should the multi join handle UPDATEs? -> UpdateKind Optimization
 # How should the multi join handle DELETEs? DeleteKind Optimization
