    Resolution: Fixed

SwA support is enabled in .9.
De-Serializes automatically upon receiveing of a SwA message. Identified by the content-type. 
Puts a reference to Attachments in to the message context, which can be accesed by Call api and Service(by message context injection)
Uses MTOM serilization in sending.
