svn check out problem

Hello all,

I attempted to check out OFBiz but when I typed either command lines below

C:\xxx>svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/ofbiz/branches/release4.0 ofbiz.4.0

C:\xxx>svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/ofbiz/trunk ofbiz

I got the same error message

svn: Server sent unexpected return value (400 Bad Request) in response to REPORT
 request for '/repos/asf/!svn/vcc/default'

Could anyone let me know how I could check out the source code? I am behind my company firewall, but I am not sure if that caused the problem.
