When we try to execute the statement to create an Alter Topic ACL in version 2.2 of
Kafka through the kafka-acls.

 --operation Alter \
 --topic topic \

We get the following error: 
 
ResourceType TOPIC only supports operations

It should be possible to create an Alter Topic ACL, according to the documentation.
