### Environment
* Dubbo version: 2.7.5
* Operating System version: Windows 10
* Java version: 1.8
### Steps to reproduce this issue
Hello guys, I have some question about dubbo when i use it.
How can I get the list of all providers when I use generic service in dubbo and how can I perceive when a provider goes online or offline.
Pls. provide [GitHub address] to reproduce this issue.

Just read info from registry. For instance , the default path is /dubbo in zk.
