I committed this patch with some refactorings and then realized that it adds these "launch" actions to Maven2 menu. So, I had to comment out action contribution.
Here are few things that need to be done: move those into "Run As..." menu, make those actions work for pom.xml files, and create some configuration panel that would allow to choose default phases that will be shown in that menu...
