[jira] [Commented] (NIFI-3887) Add verbose mode to TLS Toolkit

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-3887?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16577028#comment-16577028 ]

Andy LoPresto commented on NIFI-3887:
-------------------------------------

I will be working on this by adding debug statements and a flag for verbose mode piecemeal in NIFI-5485 and other related tickets. The commit messages will also be tagged with this Jira number, but the PR will not be tightly scoped to this feature.

> The {{encrypt-config.sh}} tool has an option for {{-v}}/{{--verbose}} mode to provide more context on the events occurring and more details on data covered. I propose the TLS Toolkit also gets this feature for improved user help when generating certificates and keystores.
