When migrating between servers, it is important to ensure that locally stored data is properly synchronised. This currently means temporarily stopping updates until the migration is complete.

The files agenda/routes.rb and workbench/server.rb currently include a hack to handle migrations between servers. The checks need to be improved, e.g. to allow local testing.
