change 
kylin.hdfs.working.dir default value to /kylin instead of /tmp
PS: user should have the right to access that dir

> Kylin stores the table snapshots in /tmp folder by default. It is pretty normal to do cluster cleanups during cluster binary upgrades. This will cause all the cubes table_snapshot files to be lost from the cluster and it will throw errors while building cubes. To avoid this, we should ensure the user provides the kylin.hdfs.working.dir rather than assuming /tmp .
