Error 500 for no apparent reason.

I'm getting the following error:

Error: 500
Location: /header/header.jsp
IntranetHeaderBean: method display()V not found 

I have looked at IntranetHeaderBean - it used to have a method called
display()... it doesn't anymore, I changed it to printHeader( JspWriter
client );.  I have removed every instance of the call display from
header.jsp which invokes this bean.  I have other beans that I wrote that
work fine and are setup in a very similar fashion.  I ahve checked the
entire file system for another IntranetHeaderBean.class file and they don't
exist.  What is going on?
