### Please describe the bug 🐞
ColumnVectorWithFilter.forHolder and IcebergArrowColumnVector.forHolder both hardcode the Spark type to IntegerType even if the constant value is not an integer (e.g.: the constant is a UTF8String instead). This can break code that is examining the reported type of the ColumnVector instance to determine how to fetch row values or assert types against an expected schema.
The reported Spark type of the column vector should match the expected type in the table schema (or at least correspond to the type of the constant value) rather than hardcoded to IntegerType.
