What about the integration between GERONIMO 2.0.X and SERVICEMIX 3.2?

I found only the page http://servicemix.apache.org/geronimo-integration.html
regarding GERONIMO 1.0 AND 1.1 ...

I'm currently working on that integration. The code in Version 3.2 works with Geronimo 2.0.x. 

If you are looking for a preconfigured distribution you can look at GASwerk SOA Stack

ps: currently there is a problem with redeployment of ServiceAssemblies which should be fixed soon: http://issues.apache.org/activemq/browse/SM-1131
