[configuration] Release 1.2, Clirr report

To ensure binary compatibility of an upcoming 1.2 release I created a 
clirr report, which can be found here:
http://people.apache.org/~oheger/commons-configuration-1.2/clirr.xml

This looks quite good, i.e. it contains only items of type "info", no 
errors or warnings.

I have now finished my personal todo list with preparations for the 1.2 
release. Which other points are still open? When can we start to create 
a first RC?
