   This pr is try to solve the problem of incremental views in various scenarios.
   These problems in  https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HUDI-2649  have nothing to do with this pr, right?
   
   first question：i test on our cluster it's ok. (hive3.1.1 flink1.12.x)
   second question：hudi-hive-sync is not compatible withhive-2.1.1
   third question: is a Typical classNotFound problem, i donnot think it's a problem of hudi.  i test on our cluster it's ok.(hive3.1.1 flink1.12.x)    select count(*)   from xx will trigger mr task, but select * from xx will run in local  if the data is small enought
   
   other question: Are these problems from the dingding group? Can you pull me into the dingding group?
