Newbee question

Hi all,
I try to build tomcat from cvs distribution and failed. 
Command line
%ant_home%\bin\ant all

produces the following output

BUILD FAILED
D:\local\jakarta\jakarta-tomcat-4.0\build.xml:97: Following error occured while executing this line
D:\local\jakarta\jakarta-tomcat-4.0\catalina\build.xml:953: Basedir D:\local\jakarta\jakarta-tomcat-connectors\util does not exist

What can I do?
