At the same time we should probably
* add CI information to https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit-oak/blob/trunk/oak-parent/pom.xml
* add a build badge to https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit-oak/blob/trunk/README.md
* rename https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit-oak/blob/1294f240e38f69791978f4392a266a0b814c0195/.github/workflows/build.yml#L18
