Alternatives for Git repositories?
Hi (Daniel mostly, with your infra hat on),
What are the alternatives for NetBeans to use Git?
https://blogs.apache.org/foundation/entry/the_apache_software_foundation_operations4
says the "GitHub experiment" (full sync from pull requests to Apache
Git repo IIUC) should become mainstream soon, could NetBeans use that
already? It might be easier than starting with something else and
moving to that later - but I'm mostly clueless about it.

Yes, with one addendum, that new repositories are requested via
https://reporeq.apache.org now.

Ok, so git-wip it is then, for now.
Is https://reference.apache.org/committer/git the correct reference about that?

git-wip is not actually wip anymore. It just didn't change the name since then.

I am unsure what you mean by alternatives here?
It's either git or subversion, that's pretty fixed.
If you mean alternative to git-wip, then...maybe. But that could take a
while before we'll have new offers on the table.
