Missing xmlpull 1.1.3.4d_b4_min

L.S.,

Our builds started failing because they were unable to find xmlpull
1.1.3.4d_b4_min at http://repo2.maven.org/maven2.  We've never had to
add a special repository to get to that version before, so I'm
guessing it must have resided there at some time.  It's also available
in e.g. http://mirrors.ibiblio.org/pub/mirrors/maven2/xmlpull/xmlpull/1.1.3.4d_b4_min/

I'm not sure if repository@apache.org is anyhow involved in helping
maintain central repo, but if re not, do you know who to contact to
get the artifact loaded into that repo again?
