JSONP
Is this something you guys might be interested in adding as a request parameter?
Basic idea is a method to load JSON data from outside the domain. Ie,
it'd make all couchdb servers available for use in javascript without
the need for special proxies etc. Seems like it'd be a win.

http://docs.jquery.com/Ajax/jQuery.getJSON#urldatacallback
http://bob.pythonmac.org/archives/2005/12/05/remote-json-jsonp/
Seems like it'd be fairly trivial to implement.

big +1
I don't think CouchDB is complete without JSONP.

Now is a good time for this.
It's been on the back burner waiting for the httpd refactor. The
challenges are how to test that it's available for all the json
responses. This would involve a conditional expression for the
trailing ')' in a few different spots in the code. Maybe a ?MACRO
would be the way to do it. Maybe not...
