   This shoudl fix it (just replace it everywhere in `ci.yml` and `build-images.yml` 
   
   ```
   python -m pipx install --editable ./dev/breeze/
   ```
   
   Should be replaced with:
   
   ```
   python -m pip install pipx && python -m pipx install --editable ./dev/breeze/
   ```
   
   The new breeze shoudl be always installed with `pipx`
