Qpid-cpp 1.37 release request

Hi,

Short version:
Please can I request/vote/beg for a release of qpid-cpp-1.37 soon? There
are pending fixes that we would very much like to have in production.

Long version (read: sob-story)
One such example is that we're suffering at the hands of this issue:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-7693 concerning leaked file
descriptors. It's a particular problem in our environment because we run
inter-broker routes over unreliable network links which may be unavailable
for extended periods of time. This causes the client broker to segfault due
to leaked file descriptors and subsequently other applications local to the
crashed broker to die due of the same affliction.

As a temporary measure I've back-ported the above fix into our
qpid-cpp-1.36 ebuild here https://github.com/fourceu/qpid-portage-overlay but
clearly this is a gentoo-only fix.

Regards

I'd be happy to cut a 1.37.0 release as soon as master is in a
position to do so, I'd definitely say it is overdue. Last I attempted
it, there were some open issues which seemed like they needed resolved
first, and there are probably a couple more now that either need
resolved or someone with knowledge of the CPP bits to say they can be
bumped out: https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/QPID/versions/12338808
