[jira] [Resolved] (SLING-4480) All queues are started on a restart

Carsten Ziegeler resolved SLING-4480.
-------------------------------------
    Resolution: Fixed

Fixed in rev 1664873 by prefilling the cache (which will be filled as soon as the queue starts anyway) and checking if the cache is still empty. If it's empty the queue is discarded

> When the eventing restarts, it scans the repository for topic nodes and starts all queues for these topic nodes, regardless whether that topic actually has a job or not. With a lot of topics this causes unnecessary start of queues and consumes a lot of threads - which are not taken from the thread pool
