Camel IDE

I'm struggling to get the Camel plugin installed and functional on  eclipse
neon. I downloaded JBoss Tools 4.4.1.Final Stable release.  Is there a
simple guide that can walk me through the installation process and once
installed , how do i go about using the IDE.
